Becoming a FMQ Master - Day 1

November 5, 2017

Ok. I love FMQ. I want to make be Beautiful things. The question is can in an average person really master the art of free motion quilting or or is it just for those who are artistic and make beautiful things all the time? So, my new challenge is to try to become a master free motion quilting.  i'm going to try some books, A system that I found at the Houston quilt market, stencils, rulers, and just regular free motion quilting and using Videos from Angela Walters.

Day one: I am starting with the free mastery motion in a month by RaNae Merrill.   She has a number of daily exercises for muscle memory.  And, I'm working on tracing images on the fabric.  So far, I do see a bit of improvement!  Day 1.
