We will be referring to the strips in the quilt as either a number or a letter.  *Numbered strips are = to 1.5” width strips cut by a certain length listed in the schedule by sections.

*Lettered strips (are darker in color if you choose) and are cut 1” in width by a certain length as listed in the schedule by sections. 

We are following the numbering and lettering introduced by Splish Splash Stash.

The numbering starts in section 10 and moves left to right across all sections.

Below we will list the total length of each strip.  Each strip will then be sub cut to fit in the appropriate section.  Some strips go through 2-3 sections.  I will note and bold any strips that are more than the width of fabric which means 2 strips will need to be cut.  The width of fabric is usually 42” for quilting cotton.  So if a strip has a total length of 65.5” we will need to cut another strip to get the total we will need for that piece.
